01About us
The brands you know, sourced the right way.
We don’t make the products on our shelves — L’Oréal, Dove and the other names you already trust do. Our job is buying them as directly as possible, so you get genuine stock at the best price, delivered with as little waste as we can manage.
02The journey
From factory to doorstep, in four honest steps
Sourced direct
We buy from the brand manufacturers themselves — or their authorised UK distributors. Never grey-market, never parallel imports.
Checked in
Every delivery is checked in by hand — batch codes logged, expiry dates verified, damaged stock rejected before it reaches a shelf.
Packed
Your order ships in our plastic-free charcoal box — card and paper only, sealed with the gold foil monogram. The brands' own packaging arrives untouched.
Delivered
Consolidated freight into our UK delivery network, then next-day dispatch — fewer journeys per parcel than shipping each order individually.
03Why it matters
Direct sourcing, better prices
The fewer hands between the manufacturer and your door, the better the price — and the surer you can be of what arrives.
Genuine, guaranteed
Every line bought from the manufacturer or an authorised distributor — authenticity you can trace.
The best price
The shortest chain from factory to your door means fewer hands taking a margin.
Fresh stock
Fast-turning inventory stored properly, with long expiry dates on every batch.
Fully traceable
Batch codes logged at goods-in, so we can trace any product back to its source.
04The packaging, by the numbers
Big-brand products. Plastic-free parcels.
No bubble wrap, no void fill, no plastic tape — the products' own packaging is all that arrives inside.
Charcoal card and paper wrap go straight in home recycling, gold foil and all.
Average recycled fibre across our card and paper, rising with every packaging run.
05Where we are, honestly
Commitments & progress
No vague pledges — each commitment has a date and a number, updated every January.
Questions about where a product comes from?
Ask us anything — which supplier, which batch, which route it took. If we can’t answer it, we’ll say so, and then find out.
